PRE-PURCHASE COUNSELING
Meet one-on-one with a HUD certified counselor to discuss your mortgage readiness, and if not ready they will continue to work with you until you are. Your counselor meets you where you are, tailoring an action plan to help you achieve homeownership. Information and tools are provided for our clients seeking to finance, own or maintain their home. Your counselor will be there every step of the way.
FORECLOSURE PREVENTION
NHS counselors assist homeowners in need of foreclosure assistance by exploring and helping you to understand the options that may keep you from losing your home. We communicate with your lender and provide education and tools to help with your current financial situation.
